Admissions

The Cheder Menachem admissions process is for new students only and begins with an online application through our Parent Portal.

New to Cheder Menachem or Bais Chaya Mushka?
Families who do not yet have children enrolled in either Cheder Menachem or Bais Chaya Mushka must first complete the Prospective Family Form. Once submitted, our team will review the form and reach out to schedule a meeting and school tour. After this visit, families may proceed with the application process.

Current Families Adding a New Student
If you already have children enrolled at Bais Chaya Mushka or Cheder Menachem, simply log in to your existing Parent Portal account to submit a new student application—no need to complete the Prospective Family Form.

Admissions Portal Not Yet Open?
If the admissions portal is not yet open for the upcoming school year, families may fill out an Interest Form to let us know they are planning to apply. Once the portal opens, we will reach out with next steps.

After submitting the application, families will be contacted to schedule an interview with our principals. Once accepted, registration must be completed—including payment of the registration fee and submission of the tuition agreement—to secure a spot.

Please note: A complete immunization record is required to proceed with the interview, and there are no scholarships available for Pre-1A. All Pre-1A applicants must be 5 years old by September 1.

Yearly Registration for Returning Students
Returning students are required to complete yearly registration. This includes submitting updated medical forms, signing the tuition agreement, and setting up payments through the Parent Portal. Registration typically opens later in the year, and families will be notified when it is available.
